TEN HEALTHY FOODS AND DRINKS FOR A HEALTHY HEART



Here are below are the ten (10) healthy foods and drinks for a healthy heart:


1. SALMON - Salmon is the healthiest for the heart, because it is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, which improve blood flow and lower triglycerides which in turn cause heart disease. Include fish such as Salmon, Tuna, Sardines or Mackerel in your diet. And eat it twice a week.




2. YOGURT -  When gum diseases are neglected, it can cause heart disease. Yogurt is an effective defense against gum diseases and helps to keep the heart healthy. In addition, it also helps to lose weight, because it has fewer calories. And helps prevent atherosclerosis. or blockage of plaque in blood vessels.

9. BROCCOLI - This green vegetable contains carotenoids. Helping in removing bad compounds in the body, it is also rich in Fibers, Vitamins and Menirals. So make it a habit to include it in your diet.
